The Challenge
As Chaberton continued to scale, leadership identified the need to intentionally support emerging leaders while maintaining a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. The organization sought a mentorship model that would go beyond traditional professional development — one that strengthened leadership confidence, improved interpersonal effectiveness, and translated directly into operational impact.
The Approach
PEACEWITH partnered with Chaberton to design and facilitate a multi-month mentorship program centered on leadership development, innovation, and practical application. Across three annual cohorts (2024–2026), mentors and mentees worked on individualized development goals and capstone projects aligned with Chaberton’s operational priorities — supported by customized workbooks, Positive Intelligence mindset coaching, and a full Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) system.
Outcomes & Impact
In the 2025 cohort: 88% of respondents increased confidence across all three of their selected leadership competencies, 100% of mentees showed measurable growth, and 100% reduced the negative impact of mindset saboteurs on their performance. Capstone projects contributed directly to operational and cultural innovation, with leaders reporting greater clarity, confidence, and cross-team collaboration.
Why This Partnership Worked
Chaberton leadership emphasized grounding leadership development in real work, not theory alone. PEACEWITH’s approach combined structure with flexibility — supporting individual growth while maintaining clear alignment with organizational goals. Based on the success of the 2024–2025 cohorts, PEACEWITH continues to refine and expand the program for future cohorts.
